Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as expected — we’ll make it right.

What to do:

Send us an email contact@parandcogolf.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A quick note about what’s wrong

We’ll either replace the item or issue a refund, fast.

Change of Mind

Each item is printed just for you, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for things like wrong size, colour, or simply a change of mind. Please double-check our size guides before ordering.

Refunds

If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for it to reach your account.
